Login Help
Use the email address you used to create your account. For password reset, open Reset password from the sign-in screen and enter the six-digit code sent by email.
Reporting and Blocking
Open the athlete menu from leaderboards or board standings, then choose Report profile or Block athlete. Reports are private and go to moderators.
Proof Videos
BarC uses camera, microphone and photo library permissions only when you record or attach proof. Proof videos are private moderation evidence and are not public leaderboard media.
Profile Corrections and Bodyweight
Date of birth, height and gender division may lock after official submissions. Bodyweight uses cooldown and reasonable-change rules. Contact support if a correction is needed.
Account Deletion
Open Profile, then Delete account. Confirming deletion permanently removes your account from Supabase Auth and associated app data where the database schema allows it.
